Marching Band
The Pride of Estrella Foothills Band and Guard is an award winning competitive performance ensemble. They are a member of the Arizona Marching Band Association where they compete in the 3A Division. This ensemble performs at numerous events throughout the year including Football and Basketball games, Assemblies, and other community events.
Choir
This ensemble allows the opportunity for traditional choir ensemble experiences, it also applies a modern approach to how we sing, and interact with music. Giving students a well rounded education in Tone, Timbre, and technique, they will also look into history and the evolution of music as seen in the 21st century.
Orchestra
Founded in 2019 this ensemble allows students to interact with traditional literature while also helping students explore and perform in ways that interest them. They will look at history of the ensemble while also practicing and learning traditional performance aspects.
Concert Band
This is the 2nd semester Band Class. Focusing on increased musicianship and theory knowledge. This class performs at multiple school and community events throughout the spring while also supporting the other music classes. Open to all students.
Estrella Foothills Indoor Percussion
Founded in 2020 this is an auxiliary ensemble of the Marching Band where students compete in the WGAZ circuit during the winter sports season. This ensemble performs indoors across the state. Members are encouraged to have also participated in the marching band though this is not mandatory. They placed 1st at their 1st ever competition. No percussive experience is required to be a member.
